The Hotel says

Welcome to Hope Street. Here we are sitting pretty between two magnificent cathedrals, surrounded by two famous theatres, two legendary pubs, one treasured concert hall, and an abundance and variety of restaurants. Further afield we are a five minute walk into town and a 20 minute drive to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

We say

The building was originally built around 1860 but it was renovated in 2003 and turned into 48 hotel rooms.

There are lots of offers to be had on their website if you are looking for a good deal such as the "Grand National 2010" offer.

Our prices start from £270 including a full Liverpool breakfast in a King Standard room. King deluxes, studios, suites and our brand new penthouses with breathtaking views of the city and river are also available.

We say

I can't believe the hotel is finally open for business. It seems that it was in the planning stage since the sixties :)

Such a great location being so close to the site of the original Cavern Club. It wouldn't have been the same anywhere else.

Their Wedding service has a brilliant Beatles theme with the menus on offer having names such as "She Loves You", "From Me To You", "All My Loving" and "All You Need Is Love". Brilliant :)

Excellent location for Lime Street rail and associated taxi rank. Probably only a minutes walk.

Excellent location for Empire theatre, Carling Academy.

Good of them to warn about the nearby Carling Academy. "Due to the close proximity of the Carling Academy on occasions background music can be heard in some of the annex rooms."

Not a palace but great location if that's what you are looking for.

I think you know what you are getting with a Jury's Inn. There are loads throught the UK and Republic of Ireland.

The main thing about this one is the location. Adjacent to the Albert Dock and directly opposite the BT Convention Centre and Echo Arena.

Fantastic walks along the river side and a great Pizza Express right outside. Long walk to main Liverpool shops because it's on the far edge of Albert Dock. But if you are using it as a base to drive somewhere or are doing the touristy Albert Dock bit or Echo Arena concert it's ideal.
